How many days should I do? As a guide:


1 day / A refresh, debloat, increased energy + glowing skin. 

2 days / Opt for our 5:2 Intermittent Fasting protocol for best results over a 2 day period to kick-start fat loss.

3 days / Expect to see naturalfat burning take place with up to 3 - 5kg weight loss.

5 days / Gut health reset + deeper fat loss results. Expect to naturally burn away excess fat and experience significantly improved digestion.

11am - 12pm /  THE BRONX: carrot, beetroot, lemon, ginger, flaxseed oil, rosemary, burdock root herbal extract

1pm - 2pm /  THE NEW YORKER: filtered water, activated cashews, banana, cashew butter, vanilla tea, vegan protein powder*, pine pollen (adaptogenic plant), cordyceps (medicinal mushroom powder)
